COMPETITION ART FOR A SUSTAINABLE FUTURE AND WORKSHOP SESSION

The artist-run network a-space from Switzerland and the Tokyo based incubator R-Startupstudio (RSS)

offering Japanese artists a unique chance to show their skills and artworks to a wide audience!

About the workshop-competition

You will be given the opportunity to hold a half day workshop at RSS flag hub in Azabu to a local audience.

Among the workshop we are offering you the chance to exhibit your artworks in a one day pop up show at RSS.

Win a one year gallery representation in Europe!

While the best rated workshop will win a one year representation with the a-space gallery in Switzerland.

Your artworks will be brought to a european art fair for a show. Besides that a-space will connect you with collectors, curators and art organizers within their international network.

How to apply for 2021 ASF-workshop session at RSS

Send us (hello@a-spacegallery.com) an email with your portfolio (latest works, CV, Bio) and what you would like

to teach at the workshop? Or meet us at Arts Chiyoda 3331 for one day (12/12/2020).

For the ASF-workshop session and competition you must be over the age of 18 years and live in Japan.

You should be able to teach at least for one hour a workshop to a Japanese audience of max.15 people.

(The content is under the copyright of ASF, RSS and a-space. You may use film and photo content from the workshop and the exhibition for your own promotion.)

ASF and RSS will organize the marketing and the organization of the workshop. You as the artist will be in charge

to hold the workshop given to the audience. You are also in charge of your pop-up exhibition to build-up and dismantle after. Staff members of ASF and RSS are around to help.

In case you need special material needs for the workshop please inform ASF and RSS prior to the workshop. We will be happy to help you.

ワークショップセッション

スイスのアーティスト・ラン・ネットワーク　a-spaceと東京・麻布のインキュベーターR-startupstudio(RSS)が

日本のアーティストに自らのスキルと作品を多くの人に観てもらえる機会をワークショップコンペという形で提供させていただきます！

ワークショップコンペティションについて

参加作家には麻布にあるRSSにて一般の方に向けた半日のワークショップを企画していただきます。

ワークショップと同時に作家の作品もポップアップ展示として同会場を１日使用していただけます。

賞はヨーロッパでの１年間のギャラリー出展！

このワークショップ企画は1年継続して行われ、年間でもっとも評価が高かった作家にはスイスのa-space galleryから１年間のサポートが受けられます。ヨーロッパにて行われるアートフェアへの出展に加え、a-space galleryはコレクター、キュレーター、アートオーガナイザーと繋げる機会も与えます。

2021年ASFワークショップセッションへの申し込みについて

ポートフォリオ（最新作、展示歴、経歴）とワークショップの企画内容をメール（hello@a-spacegallery.com）にてお送りしていただくか、もしくは2020/12/12に3331アーツ千代田で企画されている１日展示にお持ちください。

ASFワークショップセッション応募資格

18歳以上の日本在住者。

最低1時間、上限15人までのワークショップを開催できること。

(ワークショップや展覧会の映像や写真のコンテンツの著作権はASF、RSS、a-space galleryにあります。これらコンテンツは、作家ご自身のプロモーションのためにご利用いただけます。)

ワークショップのマーケティングと運営をASFとRSSがします。

ポップアップ展示の搬入・設営・撤収、ワークショップ開催は作家主導で担当していただきます。

ASFとRSSのスタッフもサポートします。

ワークショップに際して特別必要な材料・道具などありましたら事前にASFまたはRSSにお知らせください。ご協力させていただきます。
